What are the shipping times?

Our products ship within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination and product availability. We will send you an email with tracking as soon as your order is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

NoBarf Products :

  • Orders under €60.00: shipping cost €7.51
  • Orders over €60.01: free shipping .

Barf Products :

  • From 0.5 kg to 14.5 kg: €14.64
  • From 14.6 kg to 29.9 kg: €19.52
  • From 30.0 kg to 50.0 kg: €24.40
  • Orders over 50.1 kg: free shipping .

Discounted delivery costs for Barf products :

  • Up to 50 km from the warehouse: €7.32 for orders from 0.5 kg to 50 kg.
  • From 50 km to 80 km: €10.98 for orders from 0.5 kg to 50 kg.
  • Over 80 km: standard rates as per price list .

Collection on site : free .

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible to make this change.

Can I return BARF products?

BARF products cannot be returned unless they are damaged upon delivery.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, providing us with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or refund you.

How does warehouse pickup and delivery work?

For warehouse collection , please contact us to arrange a day and time.

If the delivery is made directly by us , we will update you on the delivery times.

If delivery is made by courier , you will receive tracking to monitor the shipment.

Yes, our products are designed to meet the needs of dogs of all sizes, with BARF menus and chews designed for small, medium and large dogs and even cats.
